It contains all statutorily required information and is highly flexible, as it can integrate the manufacturer and item numbers of other normed barcodes. Software allows sequential serial numbers
in-Tec Bensheim deploys an efficient laser marking system for the marking of components and other products. Laser labelling allows a permanent marking. Depending on the lens utilised, a marking surface of up to 120 x 120 millimetres is possible. Thanks to high-performance software, the automated markings can also be realised as sequential serial numbers.
The compact laser station has a loading volume of 375 x 300 x 150 millimetres. It is particularly suited for the laser-etched labelling of components for laboratory and medical technology, but also for components in other industry branches. In so doing, the device has proven very flexible, because it can even label curved shapes immaculately. The speed is just as convincing. To label eight adapter pieces for dental hoses, the system needs no more than five seconds.
